HOLLY & MISTLETOE BUYING

We will be holding three sales of holly, mistletoe, wreaths and Christmas trees at The Beech, Haynall Lane, Little Hereford, Nr Ludlow, SY8 4BG which is just 4 miles west of Tenbury Wells and offers ample parking space. Location Map

We welcome all buyers old and new. Please download a Buyers Registration Form which you must complete in full and return to our office by Friday 19th November.

Payment must be made on sale day by cash . Payment by Credit or debit Cards will not be accepted. Cheques will only be accepted from regular buyers or by prior arrangement.

Purchases must be removed on sale day as there is no secure post sale storage facility available on site.

If you are unable to attend a sale and still wish to purchase then please give us a call before the sale day to make the necessary arrangements.

THE TERMS UNDER WHICH NICK CHAMPION AUCTIONEERS OFFER HOLLY, MISTLETOE, WREATHS & CHRISTMAS TREES FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION ON 30TH NOVEMBER, 7th AND 14th DECEMBER 2010 ARE AS FOLLOWS:-

• PAYMENT ON SALE DAY by cash. Cheque payments will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made. Credit/Debit Card payments are not accepted.
  
  
• ALL PURCHASERS MUST REGISTER AND COLLECT A BUYERS NUMBER BEFORE BIDDING. A Registration Form is enclosed to be completed and returned by FRIDAY 19TH NOVEMBER 2010
  
  
• ALL GOODS BECOME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER ON THE FALL OF THE HAMMER. The Auctioneers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods on or after the fall of the hammer.
  
  
• RETENTION OF TITLE Title in all lots remain vested in Nick Champion until payment in full has been made. In the event of the lots being resold before payment is made the purchaser shall hold the proceeds of such sale on trust for Nick Champion.
  
  
• ALL GOODS ARE SOLD AS SEEN No claims for misdescription will be entertained by the Auctioneer. The declaration of weights are for guide purposes only, no guarantee of individual tree quality is given. Purchasers will be deemed to bid having inspected the lots prior to sale, and satisfied themselves as to the quality/quantity of those lots.
  
  
• CHRISTMAS TREE COUNTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE TIME OF SALE No claims for incorrect counts will be entertained unless first checked and agreed by the auctioneers staff before removal.
  
  
• ALL GOODS MUST BE CLEARED ON SALE DAY.
  
  
• THE AUCTIONEERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REGULATE THE BIDDING, TO LOT UP AS THEY SEE FIT, TO WITHDRAW OR CONSOLIDATE ANY OF THE LOTS.
  
  
• BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED AT 10% ON TOP OF THE BID PRICE ON ALL LOTS UNDER THE AUCTIONEERS MARGIN SCHEME RULES.
  
  
• VAT AT THE STANDARD RATE (15%) WILL ONLY BE LEVIED ON THE BID PRICE AND THE BUYERS PREMIUM OF ALL LOTS ENTERED BY VAT REGISTERED VENDORS.
  
  
• ALL PURCHASERS ARE DEEMED TO BID ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE.
  
  
• UPON FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS The vendor or his agent shall be at full liberty to re sell the said lot or lots by public or private sale without notice to the purchaser and the deficiency, if any together with all expenses attending such re-sale shall be made good by the defaulter at this sale and be recoverable as and for liquidated damages.
