Nick Champion advises clients on the potential and viability of converting redundant farm buildings into alternative uses such as commercial usage including craft workshops, office, storage and light industrial and holiday lets or residential.

Part of the planning process includes establishing the level of commercial demand most often satisfied by a marketing campaign for a minimum of 12 months.
